Drinking water limited weight gain

Every day a glass of soda replaced by water or coffee or tea without sugar, makes you less pounds comes in over the years.
According to a study from the Harvard School of Public Health

Every four years they completed a questionnaire about their eating and drinking habits. The researchers analyzed the changes in the eating and drinking habits and possible weight gain of the participants over a period of 20 years.

Participants were every 4 years on average 1.5 kilograms heavier. They added a daily glass of water to their menu, they were slightly less heavy. That fact was 0.13 kilograms per year.
